1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

3. Eligibility & Registration

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. bd97 may require documentary evidence of your age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory evidence will result in Account suspension. 3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the bd97 Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under your own name, an alias, or through another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. bd97 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances associated with them.

3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. 3.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the bd97 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bd97 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful in all locations. If you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and bd97 accepts no liability in connection with such access.

3.5 KYC Verification. bd97 is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of its KYC obligations. You agree to provide any documents requested by bd97 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bd97 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, and you must ensure that your login session is terminated when using a shared or public device. bd97 will never request your password through any communication channel.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify bd97 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. bd97 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where such use is due to your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

4.3 Account Inactivity. An Account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. bd97 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 to inactive Accounts after the 12-month threshold has been reached, until either the Account Balance reaches zero or the Player logs back in and resumes activity. Players will be notified via email before any inactivity fee is applied.

4.4 Account Currency. The default Account currency for Players based in Bangladesh is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players depositing in USDT or BTC will have their crypto balance converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. bd97 reserves the right to apply a conversion fee of up to 1.5% on cryptocurrency conversions.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bd97 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and BTC. bd97 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and the equivalent of 10 USDT or 0.0002 BTC for cryptocurrency deposits. Minimum deposit amounts for card payments may vary and will be displayed at the time of transaction.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Mobile banking deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bd97 Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to process. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations (3 confirmations for USDT, 2 confirmations for BTC).

5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your bd97 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. bd97 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. bd97 targets the following withdrawal processing times for verified Accounts: bKash and Nagad — 5 to 15 minutes; Rocket and Upay — up to 30 minutes; Visa and Mastercard — 1 to 5 business days; USDT and BTC — within 1 hour subject to network conditions. These are target times and not guaranteed service levels; delays may occur due to payment provider processing, network congestion, or security review requirements.

5.6 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 for all mobile banking methods and the equivalent of 20 USDT or 0.0005 BTC for cryptocurrency withdrawals.

5.7 Withdrawal Fees. bd97 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard mobile banking withdrawals. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network gas fees that will be deducted from the withdrawal amount and disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.

5.8 Right to Withhold Withdrawals. bd97 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or receipt of a legal instruction from a competent authority. bd97 will notify the Player of any such hold and provide a reasonable explanation where permissible.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by bd97 are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal is permitted.

6.6 Welcome Bonus. New Players are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available to each new Player once only. 7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the bd97 Platform are subject to acceptance by bd97. bd97 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that exceed applicable limits, bets placed after an event has commenced (unless in-play betting is explicitly enabled for that event), and bets that are the result of an error in the odds or market offered.

7.2 Betting Limits. Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to all games and markets on the bd97 Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be changed by bd97 at any time. bd97 also reserves the right to apply individual account-level betting limits where unusual betting patterns are identified.

7.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play time is completed; an obvious error in pricing has occurred; a technical fault has affected the integrity of the game or market outcome; or where a bet has been placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions. 12.3 bd97's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your bd97 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude bd97's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by bd97's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13. Termination

13.2 Termination by bd97. bd97 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, where: you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; bd97 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; you have provided false information during registration or KYC; or continued operation of your Account would expose bd97 to legal or regulatory risk.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure (by either party), your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any real-money Balance remaining in a closed Account will be returned to you via your last verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to bd97. Bonus funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless wagering requirements have been satisfied.

14. Governing Law
